Pricing questions

What counts as an active project?
Any project that hasn't been archived. You can archive completed productions at any time to free up your active project slots on the free plan.
What happens when my 30 day access expires?
Your data stays safe. You'll drop back to the free plan limits until you purchase again or subscribe to the yearly plan.
What's the difference between an organization member and a project member?
Organization members are people on your core team who can create and manage projects within your organization. Project members are anyone invited to a specific project - like freelancers, and clients.
Can I get a VAT invoice or tax receipt?
If you're a business customer in the EU or another applicable region, you can enter your VAT/tax ID during checkout to have VAT removed under reverse-charge rules. Need to add a VAT ID after purchase or request a corrected invoice? Use the Paddle customer portal link in your receipt email or visit their chat support.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free plan requires no credit card and no payment details. You only pay when you choose to upgrade.
What is your refund policy?
If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us within 14 days and we'll issue a full refund -- no questions asked.
What currency will I be charged in?
Paddle automatically displays prices and charges you in your local currency where possible. The exact amount will be shown at checkout before you pay.
How do I cancel my yearly subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period -- you won't be charged again after cancellation.
Do you offer educational or non-profit discounts?
Yes. We offer discounted pricing for educational institutions and registered non-profit organizations. Reach out to us for more details.
Can I pay by invoice instead of card?
Yes. We can issue manual invoices for teams that need them. Send us a message with your team size, billing frequency, full billing address, and VAT/tax number and we'll get it sorted.
