Plans & Billing
Every organization in ProductionPlanner.io starts on the Free plan. When your production needs more members, more active projects, or the paid features, you can upgrade to the Team plan from your organization’s billing page. Billing is managed per organization, so each organization has its own plan and payment details.
For the full side-by-side comparison and current prices, see the pricing page.
Free plan
The Free plan is free forever and requires no credit card. It includes:
- 2 organization members
- 5 project members
- 2 active projects
- Guest links
- 10 MB file uploads
It is a good fit for a single small production or for trying out the app before you commit.
Team plan
The Team plan lifts the Free limits and unlocks the paid features:
- 20 organization members
- 100 project members
- 20 active projects
- 1 GB file uploads
- Custom project branding
- Call sheets
- Budget tracking
- Custom pages
- Schedule export (PDF and CSV)
- API access
You can buy the Team plan two ways:
- Yearly subscription — ongoing access, billed once a year. Cancel anytime.
- One-time pass — full Team access for 30 days, paid once. Ideal for a single production run where you do not want a recurring subscription.
Prices are shown and charged in your local currency where possible, and any applicable VAT is handled at checkout.
Enterprise
Larger teams that need more organization members, unlimited active projects, bigger file uploads, or flexible billing can talk to us about an Enterprise plan. Enterprise is arranged on request — get in touch to discuss your needs.
Managing your plan
Open your organization’s Billing page to see your current plan and its limits. From there you can:
- Upgrade to the Team plan (yearly subscription or one-time pass).
- Manage payment and subscription — update your payment method, download invoices, or cancel a yearly subscription.
When you cancel a yearly subscription, your access continues until the end of the current billing period; you are not charged again after cancellation. A one-time pass gives full access for 30 days and then returns the organization to the Free plan automatically.
What happens at plan limits
Plan limits only apply to new actions. If your plan changes and an organization is over a limit — for example, more active projects than the new plan allows — your existing data is never touched or deleted. You simply cannot create new items of that type until you are back within the limit or upgrade again.
Paid features such as call sheets, budget tracking, custom pages, and custom project branding are available while your organization is on the Team plan. Content you created while on a paid plan remains in your projects if the plan later changes; you just cannot create new items in those paid features until you upgrade again.
